Terry Thompson is the owner and founder of Blue Jeans and Berries and specializes in helping individuals and families make simple and sustainable changes in their diet and lifestyle so that they may experience more energy, better immune function, healthier weight, better mental clarity, faster workout recovery, reduced need for medications, healthy immune function, and more vibrant life.
She has been studying nutrition and the effect food has on our health for over 12 years. Terry offers personal nutrition coaching as well as monthly group Detox programs. Together with her team she also offers monthly challenges to help promote and reinforce healthy habits.
Terry was born and raised in Southern California and now resides in Central Arkansas where she can enjoy a slower pace of life. In her spare time you may find her out in her garden, in her sewing room, or exploring the local flea markets.
